You can cancel your reservation by adjusting to the cancellation rate chosen in your reservation.
Can groups also stay?
Yes, there is no problem hosting groups.
About the apartment
Is it furnished?
All apartments are fully equipped for a comfortable stay. We have TV, Wi-Fi (full free), hot and cold air conditioning and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. Some apartments have a balcony or terrace.
What is the cleaning of the apartment like?
The cleaning of the apartments is carried out prior to the arrival of each client and the departure of the client. We ask that the apartment be delivered in the best possible conditions.
Are there any towels and bed sheets in the apartment?
The apartment has clean towels and bed linen according to the number of people who will enjoy it.
Do the apartments have a cot?
Yes, we have cots. Please send us an e-mail requesting it. It has an additional cost of 10€/night. We also offer extra beds for an additional cost of € 20/night. All this must be done on request and depending on availability.
Can I bring a pet to the apartment?
Pets are allowed on request and subject to availability. There is an extra charge for this service.
Do the apartments have parking?
We have parking next to the apartments. It is advisable to warn of the need for it before your arrival. This service has an additional cost of €20/night per vehicle.
Where is the delivery of keys?
Most of the tickets are made directly to the apartment. However, the confirmation of the reservation that we send you contains all the information you need to contact us when you arrive, so that we can give you the keys and provide you with all the information you need about the apartment, as well as about our city and its surroundings.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Depending on the apartment, check in times vary from 1pm to 3pm. In the case of check out it must always be done at 11h at the latest.
Where can I leave my baggage?
If you need to leave your luggage before or after your stay in the apartment you can contact us and we will explain the different options available.
How can I get to Barcelona from the airport?
You will receive an e-mail explaining how to get to Barcelona from Barcelona-El Prat airport. You can also contact our customer service to request a taxi transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Do I need an adapter to use my own appliances in the apartment?
The electricity supply in Spain is 220 volts and the plugs are two pegs.
